I got today a mail that the License Sync Failed, help!

Shit.. what to do next, because the Severity is “Critical”.
Well, in most cases, there is something wrong with a service in the Edge Appliance and can be (normally) fixed quick and easy!
Here is how,
- Restart your Edge Gateway Appliances, always be careful with this of course, if the Edge Gateway only is used for licensing, then there is no issue, you have a grace period!
- From the Horizon Cloud Portal, enter the credentials to fix the issue:
For this, in Horizon Cloud, go to Resources -> Capacity


Click on the problem Edge Gateway
From there, click on Edit:

Click Next in Every Section

In Section 7 Connection Server

All items should be populated for your environment, fill in Password and Click Finish.
After this, there should be no more errors:
